New England Clean Power Link
Northeastern energy and policy leaders want to power southern New England with more of Quebec’s vast clean energy resources. But transporting the power from north to south requires major new power lines, which are expensive and hard to site. The New England Clean Power Link will be a privately financed, fully buried power line from Quebec to New England markets.
