New England Clean Power Link
To fight climate change, Northeastern energy and policy leaders want to power southern New England with more of Quebec’s vast clean energy resources. But transporting the power from north to south requires major new powerlines, which are expensive and hard to site. The New England Clean Power Link will be a privately financed, fully buried new power line from Quebec to New England markets.
Necrason Group’s strategic consulting services guided the acquisition of all the needed state and local permits, gained praise from host communities, and endorsed by the region’s top environmental group and state leaders.
