Childcare, Families, and the Workforce
Every Vermont child deserves a strong start and employers need a workforce that can reliably show up ready each day. Recognizing the current provider system is struggling to provide high-quality, affordable childcare to all families, the Let’s Grow Kids campaign secured major reforms in child care, including new investments to address the problem. Necrason Group leads the campaign’s engagement strategy, which has fostered the declaration that childcare is an essential service and significantly increased funding for the Child Care Assistance Program.
