For decades, Vermont was one of the few states that continued to tax military retirement and survivor benefits, creating a disadvantage for recruiting and retaining families.

Working on a pro bono basis, Necrason Group partnered with Vermont’s military leaders and legislative champions to build tri-partisan support and unify the way forward.
