Teachers’ Pensions
K-12 public schools are the heart of Vermont communities. A strong school workforce is essential to their success. A fair pension is both a promise and an incentive for young people to become teachers in rural communities. Necrason Group guided the teacher’s union through a controversial reform of the struggling pension fund to produce a balanced package unanimously endorsed in the General Assembly.
